In essence our 24/7 Total Support means just that - we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to support you and your project. We aim to go beyond the normal call of duty and deliver a level of service that isn’t offered by our competitors.

If you have an event booked with us that is fast approaching - normal office hours don’t apply. We are here to provide you with assistance even after the office closes, on weekends, and bank holidays.

We want your screen to look good and that includes the content that goes on it. Our technical and creative team can advise on the best way to create your content and provide you with our recommended specifications. If you are having problems or concerns just give us a call – we are happy to help!

With us it’s all digital! It amazes us but a lot of AV companies out there have not fully embraced digital signals. All our screens, cameras and computers input and output digital signals (such as HDMI, DVI and SDI) to ensure everything looks clean and crisp. We won’t use analogue signals (such as VGA and composite) unless it’s a technical requirement or requested by you.
